NFL Week #2: CBS, ESPN, Fox, NBC and NFLN all set for full 16 game schedule; Talent and markets cleared

CBS has the doubleheader this week. Fox the singleton. Tim Brando moves from college this week and is assigned an NFL game, Vikings-Colts.

Giants-Bears game, ordinarily on Fox goes to CBS this week.

By late week, Fox was trying to get the NFL to allow Kenny Albert to do the 49ers at Jets game. He was unable to work last Sunday after traveling from Canada where he did hockey. The NFL, enforcing Covid protocols, asked Fox that he not call an NFL game for 14 days. The indefatigable son of Marv is a chip off the old block. Dad Marv was omnipresent too. Sounds like the NFL held firm. Fox confirmed Thursday that Albert will be back in Week #3 and that this Sunday the talented and promising Brandon Gaudin will sub for him on $9ers-Jets.

Joe Buck and Troy Aikman did the Thursday night game and have Sunday off.
