Start of the College Football season breaks; Tough-like and Gripping-like-captivity for fun-watching watch!
Thirty seasons ago, New York Giants quarterback, Phil Simms led the team to their first-ever Super Bowl titles. In the decades since he retired, Simms has been working in broadcast media and for many years was part of CBS’ No. 1 broadcast team alongside the legendary Jim Nantz.
But Simms’ contract at CBS expired after the 2023 season and last year he was working outside of the national sports spotlight. However, for the 2025 season he’ll have a brand new job covering the sport he loves.
According to Newsday, Simms has been tabbed to work with NBC Sports covering college football games this fall. Per the report, he’ll be serving as an analyst for three to-be-determined Big Ten football games on NBC’s Peacock streaming service.
